This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in Jerash Governorate practice the dimensions of leadership by “Love” and its relationship to enhancing social responsibility among teachers. To achieve the study’s goal, the descriptive correlational survey approach was used, and a questionnaire was used as the research instrument for collecting data after its validity and reliability had been verified. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers who were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The study results revealed that the degree to which school principals practice the dimensions of leadership by “Love” was moderate, and the level of teachers’ social responsibility was moderate, also. The results also showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing leadership by “Love” by school principals and the level of teachers’ social responsibility. In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which were, that school principals should participate in any external activity organized by the teachers with the students, the need to pay attention to the principal's practice of leadership by “Love” with the students as it is with the teachers, and to pay attention to the social issues of the residents of the areas in which the schools are established, through social solidarity programs that make the school an important part of which contributes in solving economic and social problems.
