The study aimed to identifying The Degree of Teachers Commitment to Professional Ethics and its Relationship to their Job performance from the Point of View of their Principals in the Northwestern Badiah Directorate of Education , and to know the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification, and years of experience) in that, The study population consisted of the directors of the North-West Badia in the Mafraq Governorate, which numbered (150) directress and managers, according to the statistics of the North West Badia directorates in Mafraq Governorate 2021/2022, which were chosen by the survey method (comprehensive inventory) and to collect data from the sample members. a questionnaire was used as a tool for the study It consisted of three parts, the first part included the variables of the study, the second part included the areas of professional ethics, and the third part included job performance, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results showed that the degree of teachers’ commitment to professional ethics from the point of view of their principals in the education of the northwestern Badia came to a high degree for all fields, where the field of professional ethics towards the local community came in the first place, followed by the second place the ethics of the profession towards subordinates, and came in the third and last place Professional ethics towards colleagues. The results showed that there were no significant differences due to the effect of sex, educational qualification, and years of experience on the degree of teachers’ commitment to professional ethics from the point of view of their principals in the education of the Northwest Badia. The results also showed that the job performance of northwestern Badia education teachers from the point of view of their principals came with a high overall degree. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience on the degree of job performance. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended to make use of modern technologies in publishing the Charter of Ethics for the Teaching Profession.
