This research aims at Development e-learning environment based on interactive video cues to develop digital images processing skills among kindergartners' students. The proposed e-learning environment has been developed by using Elgazzar model (2013) (third revision) for developing e-learning environments. The aim of the research is developing the skills' by determine the list that must be need for the kindergartners' students of digital images processing skills, determine a list of criteria that must be considered to design a proposed environment based on interactive video cues on developing those skills The researcher prepared the following tools: 1) An Achievement test to measure the cognitive side of digital images processing skills among kindergartners' students. 2) An observation check-list of the performance side for digital images processing skills among kindergartners' students. 3) Scale of attitudes towards digital images processing. Instrument were applied to the participants before and after the research. The results of the research showed that there is good improvement among the students of the sample in the skills of digital images processing, in which clarified that there are differences with statistics significant at the level less than (0.05) between the average degrees of the pre and post application of the achievement test and scale of attitudes, In addition to this , the proposed environment based on interactive video cues achieved bigger effect than simulated value (0.14) by collection in the cognitive and performance side and on the attitudes of the students of the sample towards of digital images processing.
