Aimed to develop the auditory discrimination skill for children with cochlear implants through a training program based on sensory integration. Both sexes, and a control group (4) children of both sexes, the intelligence coefficient, which ranges from (90-110) with a mean of (102.3) and a standard deviation of (7.5), and the hearing threshold, which lies between (70-90) before cochlear implantation, and the researcher used the Webman Scale to distinguish Auditory, 1978, and a sensory integration program was applied to develop the auditory discrimination skill for children with cochlear implants. The results of the post-measurement showed the effectiveness of the training program based on sensory integration in developing the skill of auditory discrimination among children with cochlear implants between the experimental group in post and follow up.
