The current research aimed to identify the relative contribution of organizational health to reducing anti-productive behaviors in technical education schools in Qena Governorate, and used the descriptive approach, and the study’s two questionnaires were applied to a sample of (356) teachers, The research found the following results: The organizational health axis came at a low score with an arithmetic mean (2.53), and its dimensions were represented in the highest after institutional cohesion with an arithmetic mean (2.71), followed by the support with resources with an arithmetic mean (2.62), and after the initiation of work with an arithmetic mean) 2.51), and after the morale with an arithmetic mean (2.50), and after the influence of the leader (2.48), and after the legality (2.47), while it came in the last place after academic confirmation with a mean (2.41), While the axis of anti-productive behaviors came with a high degree from the teachers' point of view, as it came with an arithmetic mean (2.73), where it came in the first place after anti-behaviors towards individuals with a mean of (2.80), while it came in second place after anti-behaviors towards school with an arithmetic mean (2.66), in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences between the study variables due to: gender, academic qualification, field, and years of experience. Finally, the seven dimensions of organizational health together explain (75%) of the total variance in predicting anti-productive behaviors. (Published abstract)
