The study aims to identify the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction from the teachers’ point of view in the northern border region. Organizational justice included four dimensions: distributive justice, procedural justice, transactional justice, and evaluative justice. The job satisfaction included the relationship with colleagues, the relationship with the school principal, professional growth and promotions, working conditions, and salary and incentives. The researcher used the survey method to get the opinions of 268 teachers in the northern border region. Data were analyzed by calculating means and standard deviations. Results showed that the organizational justice practice and the job satisfaction level was high. The relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction was significant. Recommendations were cited; regarding finding appropriate mechanisms to enhance organizational justice, and strengthening relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction.
