This study aimed to identify the reality of the use of Instructional technologies in technical colleges and their Impact on student achievement (second level electricity). The computer was used as an aid and augmentation of the explanation compare with the traditional method. In this study, the researcher used the experimental method to conduct the field study. The study includes a sample of (104) Students from technical colleges (Neyala - Algereaf - Kenana) using random process from total population studies. Each group was divided in tow, the first experimental and the second control. The researcher used the questionnaire and the interview tools to survey the opinions of teachers and to know the opinions of technical education specialists about the reality of modern technologies and their Impact on the level of student achievement. The results of the study came as follows: 1) There are not enough instructional technologies available to activate it in teaching courses.2) Teaching on techniques shows actions that a teacher can take effortlessly. 3) Attitudes of technical college teachers towards the use of educational techniques in the teaching process as positive. 4) Lack of budgets allocated to technical education despite the states interest in it. 5) The impact of instructional technologies on achieving educational and training goals in technical colleges is positive). In light of these results the researcher recommends the following: 1) The necessity of using educational technologies in the educational process. 2) Training faculty members in technical colleges on the use of computers and its application. 3) Providing technical colleges with an appropriate number of techniques necessary to teach engineering subjects.
