The study aimed to activate the role of digital citizenship in kindergarten institutions in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 (a proposed concept), by revealing the importance of activating digital citizenship in kindergarten institutions, and the researcher adopted the descriptive and documentary approach, and one of the most prominent results of this study was the formulation of a perception A proposal to activate digital citizenship in kindergarten institutions in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. Among the most prominent recommendations of this study; Adopting this proposed vision as a basic base for activating and enhancing the role of digital citizenship among kindergarten institutions children to activate digital citizenship, and working on developing curricula for the kindergarten stage that contain the skills necessary to deal with digital technology to help them develop their skills and identify the pros and cons of digital means of communication in accordance with standards and laws Specific behavioral literature, providing equal digital rights for children and facilitating the employment of communication and information technology among practitioners, in order to achieve the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
