Researcher on the topic «digital management of the cultural institution and third millennial citizens - website of the Ministry of Culture of Morocco exemple; To clarify the considerable potential in the use of technology to serve cultural purposes in a modern digital format similar to the rest of the labour sector and to facilitate its administrative functions. In the practical part, the researcher relied on two field forms addressed to technical experts with a view to identifying the digital organization of the site, while the second was distributed to the digital citizen to measure the degree of interaction with the site and with culture in general. The results of the research show that the website represented by the Moroccan Ministry of Culture respects the technical procedures and standards in its organization and management, but it does not constitute an area of digital citizen interaction and does not answer its cultural expectations.
