The study aimed to identify the availability degree of organizational health dimensions in Faculty of Education at King Saud University from the point of view of faculty members, as well as to identify the obstacles that prevent availability of the organizational health dimensions in Faculty of Education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 250 faculty members. After field application, the data were analyzed statistically. The most important findings were that the most prominent dimension of the organizational health was the independence, organizational cohesion, clarity of objectives, morale, confidence and creativity, providing resources, and finally the effective communication. It is clear from the results that the main obstacles that prevent implementation of organizational health dimensions among faculty members were administrative obstacles, human obstacles, financial constraints, and finally technical obstacles.
