The current research targets the existing weaknesses of the educational technology students in maintenance skills of display devices, as those skills represent great importance for learners of educational technology students, being one of the skills that are compatible with the labor market needs, and are compatible with the nature of their specialization, and for that a list will be prepared of in maintenance skills of display devices. It was represented by three-dimensional simulation via the Web to develop these skills for them. The research adopted a semi-experimental methodology: a method which is used to determine the effectiveness of a variable (three-dimensional simulation across the web) on the dependent variable (maintenance skills of display devices). The current research tools are represented in the following: 1) achievement test to measure the cognitive skills associated with maintenance skills of display devices (prepared by the researcher). 2) Observation card to measure the performance aspect related with maintenance skills of display devices (prepared by the researcher). Interpretation of research results: As well this result can be interpreted in the light of the following: 1) Three-dimensional simulations allowed the transfer of the educational message through a variety of media to communicate ideas and information, where these media are working as multiple stimulations that link between the learner’s memory of the material presented to him, and make the learner focus his attention on the learning material, leading to better learning. 2) Dividing the presented content through three-dimensional simulation, and presenting it in its simplest form away from the complexities, which agrees with Cognitive Load Theory, which is based on that Short-term Memory with limited possibilities in the amount of information and the number of items; so the content should be provided in the simplest form; to help learners to acquire the skills and knowledge required. 3) Adoption of a three-dimensional simulation depends on a number of properties that had a significant impact on increasing students' skills as navigation tools, which allowed students to roam freely within the content, and making it available to feel indulged and absorbed in learning, and giving him a sense of real existence in the real world, helped him develop his maintenance skills of display devices. In light of the research results, discussing and interpreting them, the researcher recommends the following: 1) Appointment of evaluation tools for this research (cognitive test, evaluation card) in evaluating of educational technology students in the curriculum of maintenance of display devices. 2) Training of faculty members to employ three-dimensional simulation programs in their teaching of various practical and theoretical courses for students of educational technology department. 3) Three-dimensional simulation program prepared by the researcher including practical course and work training on the development of maintenance skills of display devices for educational technology students.
