The study aimed to clarify that the listening skill is not a simple process, but rather a complex process in which the verbal and non-verbal is related to a culture and previous knowledge of the world. It may also encounter difficulties in teaching it, not only related to understanding the language, but also transcending it to understanding the society’s culture of religion, traditions and customs... It is necessary to take into account the needs of students when designing and building educational content; An advanced student who does not speak Arabic, for example, has special needs that go beyond the desire to speak in Arabic to aspiration to understand the language of the Arab media because of its objective and linguistic peculiarities. The analysis led us to present a description of a lesson in which technology and its applications were used to teach listening skills. (Published Abstract)
