This research aims to determine the availability of teaching competences among middle-school Islamic teachers in Kuwait during virtual learning. The researcher used the descriptive curriculum for this study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of (34) items was developed and distributed on three domains dealing with teaching competences (planning, implementation, evaluation). In order to achieve this goal, the study tool was distributed to a random sample of (1544) Islamic teachers were taken from the total population of (3087) Islamic teachers. Descriptive statistics rates were used to measure the availability of teaching competences among Islamic teachers. The results were discussed in the light of the literature on the subject of the research, and recommendations were made based on the findings of this research. (Author’s abstract)
