The aim of the study was to know the degree of awareness of the elements of digital citizenship among intermediates school students in Jeddah, and to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher followed the descriptive approach, the questionnaire was used to collect data, and after confirming its sincerity and stability was distributed electronically to the members of the sample, where the study was applied to a random sample formed from (436) students from the middle school in Jeddah, and after conducting descriptive and statistical methods on the statement Where calculation averages were used to determine the degree of awareness of the elements of high citizenship in students, testing (T-test) and mono-contrast analysis (ANOVA) to detect differences depending on variables (sex, classroom, level of computer ability), the study found that the degree of awareness of the elements of digital citizenship was high as a whole, where both For elements of digital code of conduct, digital law, digital rights and responsibilities, digital health and well-being, digital security with a strongly response score of 4.44 to 4.21, and the degree of awareness of digital access, digital commerce, digital communication, digital culture with a responsive degree of OK with an average of 4.09 to 3.75, and the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of awareness of the elements of digital citizenship attributable to the gender variable as a whole in all axes except the digital etiquette axis, where there were statistically significant differences attributable to females, as There are very significant differences in the degree of awareness of the elements of digital citizenship among middle school students in Jeddah due to the variable of the classroom and that the trend of differences was in favor of the students of the first grade medium versus the students of the second and third grades average, as well as differences of statistical significance to the degree of awareness of the elements of digital citizenship among middle school students in Jeddah due to the change in the level of ability in the computer and that the trend of differences was in favor of the advanced level versus the beginner and middle levels, and recommended Study by organizing educational seminars for students in promoting the values of digital citizenship, and providing digital access through the availability of computer labs and learning sources in schools and educational institutions for all.
