The research aims to measure the awareness degree of the digital citizenship concept's dimensions (the digital communication, the digital access of the digital rights and responsibility and the digital literacy). Also, the research aims to identify the statistically significant differences at 0.05 in the averages of the evaluations of the female postgraduate students at the College of Education at Umm Al-Qura University in their concept of digital citizenship due to the variables (specialization, residential area and their ages). The research uses the descriptive survey method. The research's society consists of (1232) female students in Umm Al-Qura University for the postgraduate studies for the 2020 academic year. The sample is randomly chosen, consists of (321) doctoral students and (911) master degree students. The researcher prepares a questionnaire to measure the awareness degree of the digital citizenship concept among the female postgraduate students at the College of Education at Umm Al-Qura University. The questionnaire consists of four dimensions (digital access, digital literacy, digital communication and observance of digital rights and responsibilities). The research finds that the awareness degree of postgraduate students in the College of Education at Umm Al-Qura University of the digital citizenship concept for the dimension of digital communication is at an average of (3.9834) with high degree. The awareness degree of digital citizenship concept for the dimension of digital access is at an average of (3.94906) with high degree. The awareness degree of digital citizenship concept for the dimension of digital rights and responsibility is at an average of (4.2514) with high degree. The awareness degree of digital citizenship concept for the dimension of digital literacy is at an average of (4.0139) with high degree. There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05)) among the sample towards the digital citizenship concept due to the variables (graduate program, specialization, and residential area). There are statistically significant differences due to the age variable at the level (0.05). (Published abstract)
