This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the diversity of supporting tools in designing the digital content through the web in developing active learning skills and motivation among female students of the College of Education at Taibah University. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used quasi-experimental method. This study was applied to intentionally selected sample of 39 female students from the College of Education at Taibah University. The tools of the study were note card for the skills of active learning consisting of (4) basic skills and (26) sub-skills, a scale for the motivation towards learning consisting of (3) Dimension and (30) phrase, designing digital content using the Nearpod program as an experimental treatment prepared by the researcher and the study applied the quasi-experimental one-group approach with pre and post application of the study tools, and after Apply research tools before and after and implement the research Experience. The data were statistically treated using the Alpha Cronbach coefficient, the Cooper equation, the correlation coefficient (Pearson), the modified gain equation, Modified Blake's Gain Ratio, Mann Whitney U test, Split-Half Method, the ETA square equation (―²η‖), and the T-test for the associated groups, the study have got several results such as: the diversity of supporting tools in designing the effective digital content, and that there is a significant impact in developing the active learning skills and motivation towards learning among female students, and there is a positive correlation with statistical significance at the significance level of (0.05) between the active learning skills and the motivation towards learning among the students of the College of Education at Taibah University. Due to these results, the researcher made several suggestions. The most important suggestions were as follows: Preparing new samples and methods for designing and production of digital educational content. The researcher also suggested studying the effectiveness of other teaching strategies and approaches in the skills of active learning among female students in different educational stages.
