This study aims to identify the clinical, emotional and neurotic indicators in drawings of hearing-impaired children. The researcher has identified (142) children with hearing disabilities in Baghdad at the Al-Amal Institute. As for the study procedures, it was determined by building a diagnostic tool to detect emotional and neurotic disorders through drawing among hearing-impaired children. And by reviewing the previous literature related to the current topic, (25) cases were formulated, which were revealed by clinical indicators for diagnosing emotional and neurotic disorders that become evident among hearing-impaired children during drawing. from males, and (15) children from females, and the validity and reliability coefficients for the tool were extracted. When the disorders were diagnosed among the hearing-impaired children, the data obtained by the researcher from the children's drawings were subjected to statistical analysis, and after this procedure, the results showed that the hearing-impaired children suffer from emotional and neurotic disorders, and that anxiety disorder was one of the most common disorders they had.
