The series is characterized by the similarity to reality to a large extent, in terms of technology used by heroes, the digital society, and everything related to the new global culture. The series, which has been funded largely, takes place in the capital city of Paris and displays it's cultural and tourist attractions. It is a series that children are attracted, and this makes it a fertile ground for this study. In this study, the process of animation is explained in addition to how it impacts children's development. It narrates how the character gets to Ladybug, the main heroine followed by the black cat, the secondary hero, accompanied by supernatural heroes, in addition to narrating a series of other events. The study adopts the descriptive approach and the content analysis tool to analyze the 26 episodes of the first season in an attempt to understand a number of concepts that the series concentrates on, such as: power and state, family relationships, emotional relationships, sexuality, technology, and gender roles, the bad qualities of the two heroes. As a result, the analysis shows the recurrent message of the corruption of the state as well as the educational institution. It does all this by appealingly portraying the father as an enemy, encouraging the revolutions and coups, and liberating children from the parental, social and governmental authorities.
