This research is concerned with the psychological and emotional effects of small games on the psychological well-being of a child. The research tackles the role of these games in reducing stress and anxiety as well as the emotions and frustration the child may experience. The researcher attempts to answer the following main question: Are there any psychological and emotional effects of small games on the psychological health of a child? By research, the researcher concluded a number of findings, the most important of which are: these small (simple) games effectively contribute to the healthy development of child emotions, confirm healthy and consensual behaviour, help strengthen and support tendencies in general- in particular those associated with certain activities, increase sensory integration and motor synergy; and contribute significantly to emotional discharge, psychological security, self-confidence and ability of children to bear responsibility and express their feelings. The study also emphasized that these games have a range of benefits that are connected with cognitive, emotional, motor and social skills, which have had a significant impact on the child's mental health and psychosocial compatibility.
