The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of school administration in Jordan, by relying on studies and research related to the subject, in addition to conducting several personal interviews with teachers in a school in which the researcher works. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: It is related to transformational leadership in the educational field from several aspects, especially with regard to solving the problems faced by teachers, helping the school work team to develop and forming a professional culture, and enhancing teachers' motivation. Dimensions, he ideally affects his followers, enjoys inspirational motivation, that is, he inspires them, provokes their minds and motivates them to think, provides incentive rewards, contributes to empowering his subordinates, and takes into account the individual and personal issues of his subordinates. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: There is an urgent need to enhance the various leadership skills of school workers, including teachers and administrators, with a focus on transformational leadership that contributes to generating new leaders.
