Developing the administrative competencies of secondary school leaders in Bisha governorate in light of the strategic leadership requirements (Conceived proposal). The study aimed to identify the degree to which secondary school leaders in Bisha governorate practice administrative competencies in light of the requirements of strategic leadership, and to develop a proposed vision for developing the administrative competencies of secondary school leaders in Bisha governorate in light of the requirements of strategic leadership. Two questionnaires to measure "administrative competencies and strategic leadership, where the first questionnaire included administrative competencies, while the second questionnaire included the requirements of strategic leadership, and the questionnaire was randomly distributed to (117) school leaders in Saudi schools during the first semester of the academic year 1442 AH/2021. The study found many results, the most important of which was the existence of a direct statistically significant relationship between the scores of the sample members' estimates of the level of administrative competencies of secondary school leaders in Bisha governorate, and the average of their estimates of the level of strategic leadership requirements, and among the results there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance, between the averages of the sample estimates of the level of strategic leadership requirements among the leaders of the three schools In the province of Bisha, it is attributed to the variables of the study (years of service in the field of work, educational qualification, training courses. educational.
