The present study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment among teachers of basic education schools in Al Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (369) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the level of organizational commitment among teachers of basic education schools in Al Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman was generally high, It also came high in all dimensions: normative, emotional, and continuity commitment, and the results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05 ) in the responses of the study sample of teachers to the level of their commitment to schools Basic education in Al Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman attributed to the variables of gender, scientific qualification, years of experience, and job title.
