The present study aimed to identify the availability degree of the components of professional learning communities in basic education schools in the Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (494) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that The availability degree of the components of professional learning communities in basic education schools in Al Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman was generally high, and The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample of teachers for the degree of availability of the components of professional learning communities in primary education schools in Al Buraimi Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variables of gender and job title, while there were no such differences. Differences in the variables of years of experience and scientific qualification. (Published abstract)
