The aim of this study is to clarify and treat the disabilities that face first-grade female teachers in the Ain Al-Basha Directorate of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study showed that the female teachers face disabilities that may be due to psychological or organic causes in the student and the study tried to address this issue from all its aspects. The head of their work, as well as interest in educational means because of their important role in communicating information to the student and linking the abstract with the sensible.
