الصعوبات التدريسية التي تواجه معلمي الصف ومدى مساهمة الإدارة المدرسية في حلها من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم

This study aimed to identify the teaching difficulties faced by class teachers in the Jerash Education Directorate and to identify the significance of the differences in the level of difficulties faced by class teachers in government schools according to the variable of gender or experience. The study sample consisted of (212) male and female teachers, supervisors and supervisors in government schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education Jerash, Jordan. The study tool was represented by a questionnaire that consisted of (25) items divided into two domains (difficulties related to the teacher, difficulties related to the student, technological and training difficulties, and the role of management. The results showed that the level of difficulties faced by class teachers in the Jerash Education Directorate is high, above all difficulties related to the teacher, students, and technological and training difficulties) and that the role of the school administration in solving these difficulties came to a moderate degree from the point of view of the study members. The results showed that there were no significant differences due to the variable of gender or experience in determining the difficulties faced by class teachers and the role of school administration in solving these difficulties. The study came out with a set of recommendations to reduce student overcrowding in classrooms, and to provide training courses for teachers. (Published abstract)
