The study aimed to identify the reality of the cultural identity of preparatory school students related to the interaction of pupils with the Arabic language, their practice of the teachings of religion, their practice of the customs and traditions of their country, their interest in the history and geography of their country, and also related to the values and ethics of the students' use of social media in light of the challenges of the digital age, and the study used the curriculum Descriptive, and it was based on a questionnaire that was applied to (203) parents, and it included (44) phrases divided into five dimensions, and the results indicated that all dimensions of cultural identity from the point of view of parents are practiced to a moderate degree by middle school students. The results also resulted in the value of the (T) test, as it was not significant in all dimensions and in the total score except after the students practiced the teachings of religion. The value of (T) was a function in the direction of females, and then the study presented a suggested perception of the necessity of taking care of the dimensions of cultural identity and supporting it for middle school pupils because of their effect on them, interest in spreading cultural identity among students through modern technological tools and means via the Internet and urging Students should practice it to meet the challenges of the digital age.
