The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of organizational justice among secondary schools principals in AlAhsa city as perceived by teachers, and the differences according to certain variables. The study adopted the descriptive approach through a questionnaire consisted in its final form after checking validity and reliability of (260 items distributed into four domains: distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice and evaluative justice. The tool was applied on a random sample of secondary school teachers in Al-hafof and Al-mbriz areas tootling (452) teachers. The findings of the study showed that: 1) The level of organizational justice among secondary school principals in Al-Ahsa city as perceived by teachers is in a high degree as the mean of the samples' response totaled (4.21). 2) There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α =0.05) about the level of organizational justice among school principals attributed to scientific qualification variable. 3) There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α =0.05) about the level of organizational justice among school principals attributed to major variable. 4) There were no significant statistical differences at the level of (α =0.05) about the level of organizational justice among school principals attributed to experience variable. Based on the findings the researcher presented several recommendations. (Published abstract)
