The study aimed at identifying the reality of the use of principals in kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait of organizational conflict management strategies from the point of view of the teachers, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the sample responses according to the variables of educational qualification, and practical experience, And the educational Region, the researcher followed the descriptive approach, and the study tool was the questionnaire, which included five axes (cooperation, competition, settlement, avoidance, and negotiation), and the study population consisted of working parameters In the institutions of kindergartens in the State of Kuwait, their number reached (7249) female teachers, while the study sample was represented by (366) female kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait, The results showed that the axes of the reality of organizational conflict management strategies In the kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait, reality scores were obtained (very high and high) with an arithmetic mean that ranged between (4.26-4.08), and the total degree of reality obtained a degree of applicability High with an arithmetic mean (4.18), and the cooperation strategy ranked first, while the settlement strategy ranked last, and the results concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of organizational conflict management strategies in kindergarten institutions in the State of Kuwait according to the qualification variables Education and years of experience And the educational Region in all areas and in the total degree.
