The study aimed to identify the degree of professional growth of school teachers in the Bani Obeid District From their point of view, the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of professional growth, where the study population consisted of (2560) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (400) male and female teachers who were chosen by the relative random method. , by (15%), and the results of the study showed that the degree of professional growth as a whole came to a (significant) degree; The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (= 0.05) between the responses of the study sample members in the degree of professional growth of primary school teachers in the Bani Obeid District from their point of view attributed to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, and school stage). the study researcher recommends working to spread the culture of professional growth among school workers in order to achieve sustainable development.
