Objective: This study aims to determine the extent of performance improvement among the directors of female educational offices in Riyadh. Method: A descriptive method was used to collect the data, in which the researcher used a questionnaire. This questionnaire was answered by 242 employees from education offices personnel, they are as follows: 15 female director assistants, 42 random sample of female divisions heads and 185 female supervisors. Findings: The study finds that the performance improvement among the directors of female educational offices in Riyadh is highly achieved, and that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses. This is because of their jobs, educational qualification and their experience in the current work. Recommendations: The study recommends working on driving the performance of the directors and employees of female educational offices in Riyadh through an incentive system, it could be linked to their performance level, such as annual bonuses for creative personnel, keeping up their spirits, p[providing the offices with their needs of technical equipment so they can establish an infrastructure that is linked with the schools, and with the directorate general of education.
