درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بعمادة السنة التحضيرية والدراسات المساندة بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل في ضوء بعض المتغيرات



The study aimed to identify the level of job satisfaction among the faculty members of the Deanship of the Preparatory Year and the supporting studies (DPYSS) at Imam Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal University (IAU) in regards to gender, age, work experience, academic degree, different academic affiliations. The study used a descriptive method. Toward measuring job satisfaction levels, the researchers designed a standardized scale of five dimensions (i.e,. IAU administrative and financial policies, relations within work environment, professional responsibility, job contentment, and Professional Development). The study was implemented on the DPYSS staff members within the academic year 2017/2018, on a sample of 166 participants (61% of whole sample). The results showed that Job Satisfaction levels was "high" in all dimensions of the designed scale, and also it showed that there are statistical significant differences (0.05) in the total dimensions of job Satisfaction scale in favor of IAU members compared to staff of the educational and training companies. The results showed that there are statistical significant differences (0.05) attributed For: age, work experience, academic degree, different academic affiliations. Whereas, results showed that there is no statistical significant differences (0.05), attributed For the gender in job satisfaction scale. (Published abstract)
