Electronic information services in university libraries are essential in higher education. They aim to facilitate the quick and accurate access to information. The university libraries pursue to know the efficiency of their electronic services and the extent to which they meet the users’ needs of through evaluation. The aim of this research is finding out the readiness of the Algerian university libraries - El Arabi Ben M’hidi Library, Oum Al Bouaghi as a model - to carry out electronic information services evaluation process, based on Arab federation of libraries and information library performance measurement indicators that include indicators that allow electronic information services assessment, and the requirements ,elements compatibility of these indicators with the Algerian university libraries data, by describing electronic services in the library under study reality based on the criteria and the conclusion of deficiencies in the requirements of their evaluation. The results of the field study show that the ratio of on Arab federation of libraries and information library performance measurement indicators with the data available on electronic information services in the central library of Oum Al Bouaghi University is 69.91%, which is moderate to carry out information services assessment in the library, although some indicators fully meet the requirements 100% and other non-existent 0%, which showing a significant lack of library tracking for the use of electronic information services provided by the library and their effectiveness, and a lack of data on measurements based on transactions such as: visitor counts, contact sessions and document downloads.
