The current study aimed to identify the human rights articles mentioned in the intermediate school social studies textbook, and to try to find out the reasons for introducing some articles and neglecting others. The sample of the study consisted of (91) analytical subjects, including (15) subjects from the sixth grade, (19) subjects from the seventh grade, (25) from the eighth grade, and (32) samples from the ninth grade. The researcher used the descriptive analysis method to suit the nature of the project, along with an analysis card to collect information after it was confirmed that it was valid and reliable. The results showed that there are specific human rights materials that were included in the intermediate school social studies textbooks, and other materials were not included. The study came out with some relevant findings and recommendations. (Author’s abstract)
