The study aimed at identifying the impact of processes knowledge management on administrative creativity in private universities. To achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study population included heads of departments and departments managers in private universities in Ibb, whose number is (60) employees working in four local universities, (The University of Science and Technology, the National University, the University of Aljazeera and Malaysian University). The study revealed the availability of knowledge management processes, administrative creativity, and the impact of knowledge management processes on administrative creativity in private universities. The study recommended conducting simulations with prestigious universities and exchanging visits to enhance their knowledge levels. Continuously conducting researches to help generate knowledge and holding internal training courses by experienced and competent individuals to generate knowledge. The study revealed forming specialized work teams from within the university working to apply knowledge management processes, appreciating creative employees in their performance, and making efforts to encourage creative performance. Also making fundamental changes to the organizational structure in order to adapt to the new changes and circumstances. (Published Abstract)
