The scale was electronic administrated to 511 students enrolled in Suez Canal university (education and arts and humanities sciences), data were analyzed by SPSS (26) and MPLUS (7). Exploratory factor analysis produced three meaningful correlated factors, and three factor model produced by the exploratory structural equation modeling has the best fit with the sample data according RMSEA, NNFI, CFI indices. The scale has internal consistency reliability (Cranach's alpha= 0.928). There are high levels of the most aspects of the academic stress on the Online Learning. Academic stress scale on online learning has satisfactory psychometric properties (validity and reliability). (Published Abstract)
