The purpose of this paper is to apply a RAHIM model ROCI-II in the management of the University of Medea organizational conflict, both from the data side and from the theoretical perspective. The study concluded that: There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05). For sample individuals to respond to RAHIM model application preferences management of the organizational conflict of the university employees is the result of gender, the scientific qualification, the number of years of experience variables. The dominant style in the management of the organizational conflict at the University of Medea is the style of dominance. (Published abstract)
