The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and the dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees of Ministry of Education in Yemen. The researcher used quantitative method to answer the questions of the study and used a questionnaire for collecting data about the variables of the study. The sample of the study was a stratified random sample that consisted of (155) employees. The results of the statistical analysis showed that no relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors. The results indicated that there is a low level feeling of organizational justice, while results pointed out that employees showed a high level of organizational Citizenship Behaviors. It has also shown that there are no statistically significant differences between the average of the respondents about the organizational justice and organizational Citizenship Behaviors attribution to the following variables: (gender, job classification, educational qualification, age, and years of service). Based on the study results, a set of recommendations was proposed. (Published abstract)
