This study aims to explore the perceptions of secondary school principals in Riyadh of their roles in promoting partnership in decision-making and encouraging the involvement of teachers and parents in the light of the national vision 2030 for Saudi Arabia. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The first three questionnaires were prepared for secondary school principals consisting of (18) paragraphs, the second was directed to secondary school teachers and consisted of (43) paragraphs, while the third questionnaire was directed to the parents and consisted of (29) paragraphs. The sample of the study was (575) individuals distributed as follows (184) secondary school principal, and (180) teachers, and (211) parents. The results of the study showed that high school principals' perceptions of their role in the light of the 2030 Vision in promoting partnership in decision-making were high. The results also showed that the degree of involvement of secondary school principals in decision-making from the teachers 'point of view was high, while the parents' assessment of their involvement in decision-making was moderate. The results did not show any statistically significant differences in the perceptions of secondary school principals of their role in the light of Vision 2030 in the area of decision-making due to the variables of academic qualification and experience. The study recommended that the provisions of Vision 2030 and its spirit should be applied in activating the participation of teachers and parents in decision-making in paragraphs that showed a medium level.
