The study aimed to evaluate the university preparation program at Dar Al Uloom University for the Year of 2014-2015, through identifying most prominent challenges and propose alternatives that could improve the program. To accomplish study aim, the analytical descriptive approach was used and the researchers applied a system analysis method to achieve the study results. The data collection stage attained through utilizing several tools such as interviews, documents analysis, as well as field trips. the data was processed using statistical methods and Microsoft Excl program. The study reached the following results: The percentage of achieving standards and adopted indicators for the university preparation program reached approximately (75%). The main major problems that the university preparation program experience were as follow: The program lacks strategic plans. The program lacks variety of tracks. High failure and dropout rates. Low level of the evaluation process. The program lacks an academic advising unit. Low acceptance criteria. The high cost of the program for the student. (Published abstract)
