The researcher aims to provide a deepen theoretical frame about the need students of the secondary school to develop the skills of positive thinking of them to be able to keep pace with the acceleration in the volume and quality of information available in our daily life, and increasing the effectiveness of this thinking to be able to follow the technical development and wealth of knowledge increasing day after day due to the latest developments and changes in life, and to manage to solve its problems and face it confidently. This field study also purposes to know the nature of positive thinking of secondary school student in accordance with self-confidence and studying its influence with some Greek variables (kind, cumulative average, section, parents' education) and presenting some proposals and recommendations which important to develop his skill of positive thinking. The researcher used the descriptive analytic correlative approach. The researched have been chosen the thesis sample by using the simple grab sample way of choosing, and the sample number was 200 male students and 200 female students from the secondary school in Katifa, Hail region. He used Positive Thinking Standard, prepared by (Ibrahim, Abdul Sattar 2010), and Self-Confidence Standard, prepared by (Al-Qawasmeh and Al-Farah 1996). The results are as following: 1) There is a correlative relation statistically significant between all deportations of positive thinking and its ten deportations. 2) All correlation transactions were positive which refer to a positive relation between each deportation of self-confidence deportations and between positive thinking deportations, which means that as the student self-confidence increases, positive thinking patterns increases. 3) There are distinctions statistically significant in positive thinking average levels of the total mark of measuring for the benefit of the male students.
