The study aimed to identify the most prominent roles of teachers of deaf and hard of hearing according to the inclusive education programs, and determine the requirements that must be met to help teachers of deaf and hard of hearing fulfill their roles in according to the inclusive education programs, and reaching a proposed scenario for the roles of teachers of deaf and hard of hearing according to the inclusive education programs, the study depended on the analytical descriptive method, whereas the instrument was prepared in terms of study objectives and questions, which consisted of (33) phrases, and the study sample included all teachers and female teachers of deaf and hard of hearing who work in the integration programs for special education in the general education schools in Jeddah, with number (160) teachers and female teachers, out of them only (151) teachers and female teachers. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study members towards the roles of teachers of deaf and hard of hearing according to the inclusive education programs according to the following variables: (gender, disability that is taught, number of years of experience, educational qualification, teaching stage, training courses in inclusive education).
