The search resulted in the approval of the search sample by "Medium" on the application ”After the strategic leadership in support of learning, after " dialogue and discussion "; The research led to the development of the proposed strategy for the role of secondary school leaders in a difficult area in applying the dimensions of the educated organization. It formed the objectives, pillars and foundations of the proposed strategy, the mechanisms for its implementation and the bodies responsible for implementing it; The research recommended the formation of task forces to study and analyze the internal and external environment in secondary schools for girls in order to know the degree of vulnerability and future planning for dealing With her, the formation of departmental task forces to help school principals accomplish the traditional and clerical tasks of discharging the Director to work on the development of the school.
