The study aimed to identify the sources of psychological stress experienced by the teachers of special education schools in The State of Kuwait, and to find out if there are differences in this due to the differences of some demographic variables (gender, years of experience). The study sample consisted of (222) male and female teachers working in special education in The State of Kuwait. On the scale of sources of psychological stress prepared by the researcher .The study concluded that the five most important sources of psychological stress are: I have too much work to do, I find it obligatory to do more than one work at the same time, Promotions are delayed in my job, I feel uncomfortable because of losing time, The school day ends very quickly, It also found that there were differences in all sources of psychological stress due to the difference of the gender,  in attitude of females and also found that there are no differences in psychological stress due to years of experience.
