توجهات البحث التربوي لتحقيق رؤية الكويت 2035 : رأس مال بشري إبداعي

The study aimed to identify educational research trends to achieve the vision of Kuwait 2035 with regard to creative human capital from the viewpoint of teaching staff members, and the effect of variables (gender, job title, years of experience) on this. Study adopts the descriptive approach and the sample consists of (50) teaching staff members in the College of Education- Kuwait University, and the College of Basic Education. The tools of the study includes a questionnaire that contains (35) topics distributed in seven axes. The study show that all axes of educational research trends got a high degree of importance from the viewpoint of teaching staff members, and these axes came in the following order: quality of education, followed by reforming labor market imbalances, then caring and empowering youth, then caring and integrating disabilities, and finally promote social educational cohesion. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) among the averages of the study sample on all axes of educational research trends due to gender variable, and there are differences about the quality of education due to job title variable, while there are no differences about other axes. The results indicated that there are differences about promote social educational cohesion due to experience variable, while there are no differences about other axes. (Published Abstract)
