The study aimed to develop and investigate the psychometric properties of scales of cyberbullying for bullyer and for victim, the prevalence of behaviors of cyberbulling perpetration and victimization, relation between cyberbullying for bullyer and victim among university students. The sample included 381 participant, sex, male 42 (11%) and female 339 (89%); age (M=22.74, SD=3.39); stage, undergradute students 206 (54.1%), and gradute students 175 (45.9%), the cyberbullying for bullyer and for victim scales were used to collect data. the results confirmed high internal consistency and the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the structure of cyberbullying for bullyer was best presented by a three factors model and the cyberbullying for victim structure was best presented by a two factors model. The prevalence of cyberbullying behaviors for bullyer was 27.3% among undergraduate students and 16.6% among gradute students; for cyberbullying behaviors for victim was 47.3% among undergraduate students, and 39.2% among graduate students; cyber victimization explained 32.1% of the variance cyberbullying perpetration.
