The research aimed to identify a degree of quality of educational supervisor's performance standards in educational institutions from the teachers point of view. The study also identified if there are statistical differences at the quality performance standards refer to (gender, scientific qualification, and professional experience). To achieve the aims of this study, the researcher adopted the analysis descriptive approach and used questionnaire as a scale for the study, the researcher applied the scale on a sample of (368) teachers were selected stratified randomly. The results reached that: The degree of performance standards among educational supervisors in educational institutions is average (66.7%). There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in (proficiency, professional development and professional ethics and communication) according to gender in favor of female and there are no statistically significant differences refer to other variables.
