As a result of modern technology, Media has expanded the path of knowledge due to its rapid spread until the world has become a small village, making it an important tool for changing attitudes, behaviors and ideas. Hence, the role of Media appears as one of the disciplines that should approach disability studies and special education. Due to the importance of the media in many issues of disability, foremost of which is the issue of awareness, the issue of trends, inclusion, rights, educational media, improving talent, which accumulates to form obstacles and difficulties facing people with special needs and disability institutions in achieving their goals in improving the image of people with special needs in society. This paper represents an introduction to the study of several issues that represent the relationship between media and special education, and suggested recommendations for putting this relationship into practice.
