The Researcher aimed to find out the level of Reflective thinking in the light of some demographic, 1) The gender (male / female), 2) Academic specialization (scientific / literary / artic), 3) Environment (urban / country side). The main sample consisted of (701) students of the Faculty of Education, their ages are ranged between (19: 25) years, the researcher designed reflection thinking scale. The research several results: There are no statistically significant differences attributed to gender (male / female) on the scale of reflection. There are statistically significant differences between the two groups of scientific specialization, and the students devote literary in the Reflective thinking, in the direction of scientific students. There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups of students, scientific specialization, and students artic specialization in Reflective thinking, and there are no statistically significant differences between the two groups of literary specialization, and students a artic specialization in Reflective thinking. There are statistically significant differences attributed to the environment (country side / urban) on the scale of reflection. There are statistically significant differences attributed to the class (first / fourth) on the scale of reflection. (Published abstract)
