The research was based on the quasi-experimental approach. The sample consisted of (70) students, divided into two equal groups (experimental and control) on which a test of neural diverging thinking and a measure of motivation were applied. The finding of the research reached the effectiveness of the flipped classroom on developing the neural branching thinking and motivation for learning in the experimental research group. The research also found a correlation between the neural diverging thinking and motivation for learning. The research recommended holding workshops to train faculty members on developing neural diverging thinking and using the flipped classroom strategy in university teaching. (Published abstract)
