The aim of the current research is to measure the effectiveness of differentiated online participatory learning in developing personal knowledge management skills and learning outcomes for educational technology students. The research sample consisted of (70) male / female students from the fourth year students - Department of Educational Technology and they were distributed in participatory groups according to learning patterns to five experimental groups (analytical style - procedural style - social style - innovative style - electronic participatory), and the researcher carried out Differentiation of electronic content according to the characteristics of the learning styles in terms of thinking (analytical - procedural - social - innovative), and each experimental group learned according to their own learning style by participatory electronic differentiation, and the results showed the superiority of the students of the four experimental groups (analytical - procedural - social - a My innovation), which has learned about participatory groups with a single learning style with differentiated electronic participatory learning in developing personal knowledge management skills and learning outcomes (cognitive - emotional - skill), and the researcher recommends the need to design differentiated electronic participatory learning according to the correct educational and technical criteria, and interest in using differentiated electronic participatory learning In the educational process because it has a positive impact on developing personal knowledge management skills and learning outcomes.
